How Our Network Works
Request an estimate when ready
Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Salespercentage Plumbing, you end up speaking with an independent local provider. That is a plumbing, drain or sewer business that runs on its own. They are not employees of ours, and we do not tell them how to do their work.
Think of Salespercentage Plumbing as the neighbor who points you to the right door. After that, the conversation is between you and the provider.
What Happens After You Reach Out
It usually goes like this:
- You describe the problem and where you live.
- Your request is routed to providers in the network who handle that kind of job in your area.
- A provider contacts you, asks a few questions and explains what they can do.
- You compare what you hear, and you choose whether to go ahead.
Call hours and availability differ from one provider to the next. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and wait for replies.
What to Ask an Independent Plumber
Questions are normal. A good provider will not mind them. Here are a few worth having ready:
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- Can I get a written quote before work begins?
- What is included, and what could add to the price?
- How do you find the cause: a camera, a snake, a pressure test?
- Who will come to my home, and when can they arrive?
- What happens if the problem comes back?
Write down the answers. Comparing is easier when you can see them side by side.
Safety First
If you smell gas, leave the home and contact your gas utility or emergency services. If water is rising near electrical items, stay away and shut off power only if it is safe to do so. For a burst pipe, shutting off the main water valve can limit the damage while you wait.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can say no, ask for another estimate, or take a day to think when it is safe to wait. Providers do the work, and you decide when ready.
