How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Salespercentage Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Salespercentage Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber you were connected with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Plumbers in the network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
You are still welcome to tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of expectations may be removed. Please know that Salespercentage Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@salespercentage.world and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted Salespercentage Plumbing or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
You will get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
