Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Salespercentage Plumbing wants salespercentage.world to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a standard many websites use.
Steps We Take
To help, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@salespercentage.world and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
Your feedback on accessibility is welcome. Please email contact@salespercentage.world and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As this website changes, we will keep it in mind and keep working to make things better.
